Marianne and Juliane 1981

Germany, 1968: The priest's daughters Marianna and Juliane both fight for changes in society, like making abortion legal. However their means are totally different: while Juliane's committed as a reporter, her sister joins a terroristic organization. After she's caught by the police and put into isolation jail, Juliane remains as her last connection to the rest of the world. Although she doesn't accept her sister's arguments and her boyfriend Wolfgang doesn't want her to, Juliane keeps on helping her sister. She begins to question the way her sister is treated.

Pepper Ann is an American animated series created by Sue Rose and aired on first run syndication. It debuted on September 1, 1997, and ended on November 24, 2000. Pepper Ann stars adolescents and charts their ups and downs at Hazelnut Middle School. It aired as part of the The Disney Afternoon block. The character originated in a comic strip published in YM magazine.

The Ann Sothern Show 1958

The Ann Sothern Show is an American sitcom starring Ann Sothern that aired on CBS for 93 episodes. The series began on October 6, 1958, and ended on September 25, 1961. The Ann Sothern Show was Sothern's second sitcom for CBS. Her first series, Private Secretary, ended in 1957 after a contract dispute occurred between Sothern and Secretary's producer Jack Chertok. Several of Private Secretary's cast members appeared in the show.

Ann Jillian was a short-lived television show on NBC. The show starred Ann Jillian as Ann McNeil, a widow who moves from New York to California with her teenage daughter.

Ann and Harold

Ann and Harold is a very early BBC television programme, and ran for five episodes, all broadcast in 1938. It is known to be the world's first drama serial ever transmitted, and explained the trials of a couple named Ann and Harold respectively, and starred Ann Todd. Little else is known about this programme. No material exists of the show today, as it was aired live before any means of recording programmes existed. In fact, it is unknown if even any photographs survive of this programme.

Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann 2008

Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann is an American reality TV show dance competition featuring choreographers Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba, two of the three Dancing with the Stars judges. Drew Lachey, Dancing with the Stars Season Two Champion, hosted the show. The show, based on United Kingdom BBC Television series Dance X, was aired on ABC in the United States. Season One concluded on February 18, 2008. The show was canceled. Dance War was considered a flop by most ratings' pundits, noting that the ratings showed a steady decline from week 1 through week 7.

The Adventures of Raggedy Ann and Andy

The Adventures of Raggedy Ann and Andy is an American animated TV series that aired 17 September 1988 and ended in 1990. It is based on the dolls Raggedy Ann and Andy by Johnny Gruelle. The plot involved a little girl's Raggedy Ann & Andy dolls that would come to life when no humans were present in her bedroom, and they would be whisked off to a parallel world to save its inhabitants from the villain, an evil but inept sorcerer known as Cracklin. Also aiding Ann and Andy were two of the little girl's other stuffed animals, a panda with a faux-British accent known as Grouchy Bear and a stuffed rabbit known as Sunny Bunny. Sometimes they would be joined by more modern toys such as robots or toy soldiers. Often the plot involved the toys helping children in such places as Ancient Egypt or a Native American tribe. As the cartoon was meant for younger audiences it was unlike most other cartoons of the 1980s which had "announcements", although one episode lightly touched upon the issue of poaching when Raggedy Ann, Andy and their friends had to save endangered unicorns from cattle rustlers, who sought to steal their horns for personal gain.

Edith Ann: A Few Pieces of the Puzzle was an animated television special created by Lily Tomlin. It was produced by Klasky Csupo. It is not to be confused with a sketch on a late 60's comedy show, Hee Haw or kids show The Electric Company.
